Administration Co-Ordinator

Main Duties:

  • Managing customer orders from point of order to booking in deliveries
  • Invoicing including producing month end reports
  • Stock control including monitoring stock levels and reporting on itemswhich require re-ordering
  • Interacting with suppliers, issuing and managing purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding delivery dates etc
  • Assisting with calls and inputting orders
  • Reporting using Sage and Excel to a high level (previous experience ofthese programs is essential)
  • Dealing with requests from Directors promptly and being proactive

Personality Profile: Proactive, enthusiastic, strong work ethic

Skills: Strong administration and communication skills, advanced level of experience with Sage and Excel to export and manipulate data into reports
