Internal Sales Coordinator

Reports to: Sales Director

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the Sales team to ensure customer queries and requirements are delivered to the highest standard.

The role is pivotal in enabling the Sales team to meet targets and provide the best service possible to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Raising quotations

• Supporting customers with enquiries – discussing requirements through to pricing

• Provide support with Protex administration

• Pricing and drawing up flashings

• Obtaining quotes from third parties where needed

• Chasing outstanding quotations

• Creating third party POs for the Sales team

• Maintenance of Salesforce system (training will be provided).

• Working with both the external Sales team and internal Project and Operation teams.

• Direct contact with customers to advise deliveries, outstanding order details, pricing issues, problems, via telephone and email.

• The post holder will be required to learn about the roofing and cladding systems.

• Attendance in Sales meetings

• Support and cover to Sales/Project teams as and when required

• Reporting directly into the Sales Director

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience working within an internal Sales based role, whilst having excellent Customer Service skills and knowledge.

Must have experience within Manufacturing / Construction industry, building envelope would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate must also possess:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data inputting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Multi-tasking and prioritization
• Able to manage a high workload
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Team work and collaboration is essential for this role
