Based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, An Area Sales Manager is required to carry out the following duties:
You will have an understanding of building envelope systems specifically focussed on industrial insulated built up systems, single skin roofing & cladding and roof decking. We are multi sector in both industry and agriculture and are interested in talking to individuals with either joint experience or specialist experience in one sector alone. We are about the individual and can provide a tailored role to suit your skill set.
You will be expected to identify, target and open new accounts with End Users, Steelwork Erectors, Builders Merchants, Architects, House Builders and Contractors. You will work with management to forecast and report on sales activity, allowing them to support you and ensure targets are met, utilising the latest CRM software, other in-house designed, highly organic and flexible ERP and project management software.
You will organise and conduct customer meetings to identify problems and suggest workable solutions for projects. You will work with the existing account base to develop relationships and expand overall area revenue. You will be required to understand our brand, our ethos and what that means to our customers and team members. Experience of communicating product benefits and finding solutions for new customers problems, ideally in the roofing and cladding related sector.
